Bours Health Center P.C. is a private medical practice providing family planning services, including vasectomy and abortion, since 1975. We have had offices in Forest Grove, Portland, and Eugene but now see patients only in Eugene
Bours Health Center was established by W. A. “Peter” Bours M.D. and his wife, Joan Moss M.N., R.N. All procedures are performed by Dr. Bours.
Dr. Bours and Ms. Moss speak Spanish.

Bours Health Center is a member of the National Abortion Federation, where Dr. Bours served on the board for six years.
