Bours Health Center P.C. is a private medical practice providing family planning services, including vasectomy and abortion, since 1975. We have three medical offices
serving Oregon, southwest Washington, Idaho and northern California.
Bours Health Center was established by W. A. “Peter” Bours M.D. and his wife, Joan Moss M.N., R.N. Dr. Bours has been providing therapeutic abortions and vasectomies since 1976. All procedures at all three offices are performed by Dr. Bours. Dr. Bours, Ms. Moss and several other staff members speak Spanish. Bours Health Center is a member of the National Abortion Federation, where Dr. Bours served on the board for six years.
